SENIOR: Ashley

Dallas, TX

Ashley is one of the sweetest girls I’ve had the privilege to get to know over the past 3 years as her Graphic Design teacher for two years and catching up with her in the hallways her senior year.  She also happens to be a STUD soccer player who plans to play next year in college as well.  We split her photoshoot up over two different days so we could get some in the country and some in Dallas.  It ended up being great because Ashley happens to have very cool parents who came along for both days – I think we were all laughing the majority of the time during the photos.  I’m actually quite surprised she was able to take a few with her “serious” face.   Love this girl – enjoy!

Baby: The Oldhams

Mansfield, TX

One of my very best friends is finally fulfilling a dream of hers that she’s had her entire life.  Ever since we first met in college, she was talking about being a mom. And now after many trials and tribulations, Julia and her amazing husband Zac are going to be parents!    She invited me, along with their friend Ramsi & Julia’s sweet mother Linda to go to her sonogram appointment to find out the sex of the baby.  What a cool experience for Ramsi & I to be a part of and we thank you so much for allowing us to share these joys with you guys.  I love Zac & Julia and I know their little sweet pea will be a great little boy … or girl … which is it!?  You’ll just have to wait a few more days to find out as we’re taking some new photos soon to announce the sex of baby Oldham!

a nervous daddy awaits

Nicole - This is such a touching post and I feel so honored to even witness this experience through the photos. Julia, I love you and I’m so happy for you. Stizz, amazing photos, you’ve documented a miracle.

Courtney - So when do we get to find out the sex???

I have a feeling Mommy will be buying lots of pink. Regardless of whether its a boy or girl. :)

SENIOR: Hannah

Waxahachie, TX

Hannah has been more like a friend to me over the last 3 years than a student.  I’ve been thinking of what I would say in this blurb about her for a few hours now and I still haven’t found the best way to sum up how awesome this girl is.  She is the Senior Class President and the Cheer manager – so we spent many games together in the bleachers chatting about life and laughing a lot.  Hannah is attending UNT in the Fall and I can’t wait to see how much she loves college.  Luckily for both of us Denton is not too far from Dallas so we can still get together for dates. :)  I love you, Hannah Banana and you are quite the beautiful lady.  We had a “snake” incident out in the field for some pictures and I am leaving off the series of shots where Hannah saw the snake and her reaction.  It is quite priceless but because I want our friendship to continue, I will leave those off of the blog for her sake.  Ha!  So funny.

SENIOR: Allyson

Red Oak/Dallas, TX

I’ve known Allyson since she was a sophomore and have loved getting to know her over the past three years.  She is such an independent spirit who works hard and has managed to make the most of her senior year.  She was voted Most Spirited by her senior class & I can think of no one more deserving.  I admire Allyson and can’t wait to see where her future takes her.  She will be attending Blinn College next Fall and has plans to be an orthopedic doctor.  Love this girl!

SENIOR: Jenn

Dallas, TX

The last of my three A Team girls, Jenn met me in Fair Park to take her senior photos last evening.  Jenn is a beautiful young lady with such a fun spirit.  She was also voted Most Artistic in her senior class – see last picture!  I had Jenn in my class last year so I’ve enjoyed watching her grow up and become such an awesome woman.  Jenn has a definite future in art ahead of her – she’ll probably end up in one of the quirky galleries in Fair Park or Deep Ellum.  Remember me when you’re famous!  I’d love an original Jenn K. :)
